Molly is also a member of the Orenda Quartet, a Fischoff competition ensemble sponsored by the Chamber Music Society of St. Louis through the Community Music School Preparatory program. Her quartet received honorable mention at the 2018 Midwest Young Artists Conservatory Discover National Chamber Music Competition in Chicago. Molly has performed as soloist with the Young People’s Concert Orchestra, the University City Symphony Orchestra, and the St. Charles Community College Symphonic Orchestra. She has earned honorable mentions in the UMSL concerto competition and the Missouri Music Teachers National Association Senior String Competition.

Molly began her viola studies in the string music program under Patrick Jackson in the Kirkwood School District and privately with Anna Lackschewitz. Currently, she studies with Joanna Mendoza, who is the violist in the Arianna Quartet.

Theo Bockhorst has been playing the violin since the age of four. He has been exposed to music his whole life as his mother and two of his aunts are professional violinists. Currently a 15-year-old sophomore at Clayton High School, he has been a part of organizations such as the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra for three seasons, the Missouri All-State Orchestra, and the PREP Program for two seasons, to name a few. In addition, he has won the Missouri Baptist Concerto Competition, the Alton Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition, the St. Louis Civic Orchestra Concerto Competition, and has received honorable mention in several others. Lastly, he was accepted into the Meadowmount School of Music last summer to study with Ms. Ann Setzer.

He began violin lessons under the direction of Susan McDonald and continued taking lessons with her until the age of twelve. He now studies with Joo Kim of the St. Louis Symphony. Theo thanks all of his friends, family, and teachers for assisting him on his perpetual endeavor to play the violin to the best of his ability.
